Spectroscopy (XPS), Auger Electron Spectroscopy
(AES), Contact Angle and Atomic Force Microscopy
(AFM) etc.
With highly precise machining and welding
abilities, HTC vacuum provides various sizes
of sphere vacuum chambers from 8-inch to
20-inch even larger. All the dimensions and
tolerances of the chamber are consistent
with UHV requirement and customers need.
