many industrial coating systems designed
for the deposition of functional and decorative
thin films on a broad range of substrates.
For example, DLC (Diamond like Coating) system,
Arc evaporation system and Magnetron Sputtering
system. The vacuum chambers are designed

as pentagon, hexagon, and octagon and so
